COSENZA / Pescare in Belvedere Marittimo

Hi I will be coming from Canada the last week of August to the area of Belvedere marittimo. And will be bringing my spining rod and reel. Would like to know what kind of lures to bring or is live bait better? I will be doing off-shore fisihg from the beach. Will I need a licence? And what kind of fish would I expect to catch in this area? Looking forward to this trip. I will try to translate this into Italian, Forgive me my italian grammer is not to good. 


Ciao verrò dal Canada la settimana scorsa di agosto alla zona del marittimo di belvedere. E porterà il miei asta e bobina spining. Vorrebbe conoscere che genere di richiami portare o è esca in tensione migliorano? Farò il fisihg in mare aperto dalla spiaggia. Avrò bisogno di un'autorizzazione? E che genere di pesci penserei interferire in questa zona? Sguardo in avanti a questo viaggio. Proverò a tradurre questo in italiano, lo perdono che la mia grammatica italiana non è alla merce.

I will be visiting Belvedere Marittimo , cosenza at the end of August from Canada would like to find some information on what kind of fishing tackle to bring to do some offshore fishing. any suggestions would be very helpful.
